We all need rest and rejuvenation. Where do you find that? For myself, a walk out in nature is my place of quiet rest. It’s been a personal health routine for several years now. I look…I listen. What I find is often a surprise, a gift, a source of inspiration.

       Enter the fun creativity of trying to capture a scene of beauty with a camera. Sometimes that means stomping through the tall grass in a field. Or getting my feet wet off the beaten path. Often it requires following the light at daybreak – when the Creator whispers, “Action” and the day begins to unfold.

       When people say they appreciate one of my nature photos, I like to say it’s God who makes the beautiful scenery – I just snap the picture. In essence, capturing and saving a moment of awe. I just reflect it, or ReCreate it for others to enjoy later. Happy viewing!
